A new version of my Anxiety Cards specifically designed to help you through the panic that can attack when you have to wear a mask. Meant to be used in combination with “The Process” described in my Mask Anxiety article. I hope they become as useful to many as my original Anxiety Cards.
The process I use to manage my Mask Anxiety
Anxiety can make you feel like it controls your life.
This is the landing page for all versions of my Anxiety Cards. They are free to save to your device or print out. Take them out when you have a panic attack or feel anxiety coming on. If you can’t focus at first- breathe and give it a moment, but keep trying to focus on the cards and get through the steps. In the beginning of using these, there were times I needed to read a question a few times to comprehend it. There were also times when I had to use them several times in a row to get it to work. I hope they can help.
